Job description
Gravel Auto Parts is a leader in the sale and distribution of new and used auto parts. Being in full expansion, the company is looking for new talents to fill several positions within the company.
We are looking for positive and motivated automotive enthusiasts who wish to establish genuine relationships with our customers.
The parts clerk plays a very important role, the jobholder is the first contact and has a direct impact on customer purchases. They must provide exceptional customer service to every customer, every time.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from mechanical shops, body shops and dealerships promptly and courteously;
- Research our internal program or website to find the right parts for customers;
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits and warranty information;
- Order parts from the appropriate suppliers;
- Advise and guide customers at the counter on the purchase of parts or accessories.
Desired skills:
- High level of knowledge of automotive parts;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work in a computerized environment;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Ability to listen.
Experience:
- Experience in automotive parts and accessories sales;
- Customer service.
Assets:
- Bilingualism;
- Knowledge of the Powerlink system.
