The Junior Buyer responds to customer requests via our web and telephone leads, schedules appointments, evaluates vehicles and follows up closely with customers to ensure they get the vehicle.
Main tasks:
- Respond to customer requests (leads and telephone);
- Schedule an appraisal appointment with the customer or over the phone;
- Collect information for remote evaluation (if the customer is far away);
- Follow-up with customers 24 hours after evaluation;
- Enter vehicle information into VAuto;
- Analyze the surrounding market and determine the right price;
- Explain price to customer;
- Prepare the purchase file for the customer or wholesaler;
- Follow-up 24 hours a day on all appointments presented and not presented.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of vehicle makes and models;
- Good negotiator and highly organized;
- Good customer service, professional appearance;
- Good spoken English.
Rotating two-week schedule:
- Week 1: Monday, noon to 8 p.m.; Tuesday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday off;
- Week 2: Monday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday, noon to 8 p.m., Thursday off, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
