Your profile:
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships and evolve in a structured environment.
- Mechanical knowledge is an asset, but talent and enthusiasm are our top priorities.
- A keen interest in the automotive industry is essential.
- A sufficient command of English to carry out research in specialized software.
Your main responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers, gathering their needs and suggesting appropriate repairs or maintenance.
- Demonstrate excellent listening skills to understand and pass on requests between customers and technicians.
- Open repair orders and ensure rigorous follow-up.
- Check and suggest recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare and explain quotations to customers in a clear and accessible manner.
- Promote care and accessories adapted to customers' vehicles.
- Manage workflow and allocate tasks according to technicians' skills.
- Follow up accurately with customers on repair times.
- Schedule upcoming customer appointments to ensure smooth resource management.
