Hawkesbury Ford is a dynamic automotive dealership, renowned for providing exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our service department team. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Diagnose the technical needs of vehicles and provide clear and accurate information to customers.
- Advise customers on necessary repairs, preventive maintenance, and possible improvements.
- Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
- Coordinate work between technicians and customers to ensure fast, high-quality service.
- Follow up on ongoing repairs and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain constant communication with customers, answer their questions, and keep them informed about the progress of their service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
- Ensure that safety and quality standards are always met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Mechanic, or in a similar automotive role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and common repairs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- A diploma in automotive mechanics or a related field is an asset.
- A valid driver’s licenxe.
