As part of your duties, you will:
- Greet customers at the counter;
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate ongoing commitment to customer and vehicle needs;
- Open work orders according to customer needs and vehicle mechanical problems;
- Close and review repair orders with customers;
- Estimate cost and time for service and repair needs;
- Schedule service and repair appointments;
- Perform any other related tasks.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience and is bilingual (A STRENGTH). Knowledge of CoStar software (an asset). Experience at Canadian Tire is an asset.
