Assistant Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager for pre-owned vehicles to fill a strategic role within our team.

This key position requires an experienced professional, capable of operating with discretion and efficiency in a highly responsible environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales team management, and stand out for their focus on achieving objectives, while fostering a harmonious and motivating work climate.

Responsibilities:

As Assistant Sales Manager, you will play an essential role in optimizing operations, managing teams and achieving performance targets.

Your responsibilities:

- Ensure effective sales closing (“T.O.”);
- Produce and analyze sales reports;
- Take charge of the floor during busy periods;
- Evaluate trade-in vehicles;
- Ensure impeccable yard maintenance and optimize vehicle inventory rotation;
- Ensure rigorous customer follow-up in the Activix CRM;
- Ensure after-sales follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
