Competitive Hourly Wage: $19.65 - $23.00 + Performance Bonus
Your Role: Excellence in Every Interaction
As a Service Advisor at Land Rover Moncton, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish. Whether coordinating service appointments, diagnosing concerns, or providing expert guidance, your effective communication, attention to detail, and rapport-building skills will define success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a world-class customer experience, welcoming guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, translating their descriptions into actionable service plans.
- Verify warranty and service coverage, ensuring customers understand their options clearly.
- Develop accurate service estimates, transparently communicating costs for parts, labor, and materials.
- Prepare detailed repair orders, documenting vehicle symptoms, necessary services, and technician recommendations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, keeping clients informed on service progress and expected completion times.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, showcasing strong organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by participating in manufacturer training and development programs.
- Uphold Land Rover Moncton's reputation for excellence, delivering above-and-beyond service at every touchpoint.

✔ Bilingual (French & English) an Asset - Ability to assist a diverse clientele is highly valued.
✔ Valid Driver's License - With an acceptable driver's abstract.
