Service Manager - South Shore of Montreal

A luxury car dealership on Montreal's South Shore is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join its team. This key position aims to ensure an exceptional customer experience while optimizing the efficiency of the service department's operations.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all of the service department's operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the profitability, efficiency and quality of the service department.
- Coach, train and motivate the service team to ensure optimal performance and an excellent customer experience.
- Manage customer relations by effectively handling complaints and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other dealership departments to maximize business opportunities and ensure effective coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Deluxe brand norms and established service standards.

Profile:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a management position within a service department in a car dealership, ideally with high end brands.
- Excellent people management, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Natural leadership and ability to motivate a team to meet and exceed objectives.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of shop management systems and automotive key performance indicators.
