Job Description:
This position performs advanced administrative responsibilities including preparation and analysis of more complex reports, compilation of information from various sources, handling small scale projects, and analysis using various software packages. This position performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. The person may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

Work Location: 2900 Steeles Avenue West Concord, ON L4K 3S2, Canada
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Shift times: 11pm to 7:30am (Flexibility with start & Finish times required)
Hourly wage: $17.50
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs (average package 25-30 lbs)
Compensation & Benefits:
- 12 months' merit increases (annual appraisal)
- Paid weekly - every Friday
- Merit increases once a year
- 5 Personal days each year and 2 weeks vacation 1-4 years of service, 3 weeks vacation 5-9 years of service, 4 weeks vacation 10-19 years of service, 5 weeks vacation 20-24 years of service
