Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Fleet Administrative Support Professional to support a manager within the fleet department.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Gathers data from the appropriate sources and inputs the data into spreadsheets and/or standard company systems. Formats, reviews, and verifies data. Distributes data to the necessary stakeholders and responds to questions and issues as they arise.
- Carries out simple to moderately complex tasks to support management of fleet administration including preparing and completing work orders and parts department inventory.
- Frequently uses basic to moderately complex functions of standard office software to format letters, memoranda and reports.
- Maintains files and records by following established procedures. Handles confidential and non-routine information.
- Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
- Manages Accounts Payable
- May schedule appointments and follows detailed instructions to make arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel plans. Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years' administrative experience
- Valid G driver license
- Fleet experience
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and manage multiple tasks at one time
- Ability to keep confidential matters regarding our business and partners in full confidence
- Ability to meet pending deadlines, prioritize work and emergency requests
