What's the role all about?
As Fixed Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our service, parts, and shop departments-ensuring smooth workflows, top-tier customer service, and a well-oiled team. You'll drive revenue growth, control expenses, and uphold safety and quality standards while collaborating with other departments to enhance our service offerings.

What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Lead & Mentor: Develop and inspire your team to succeed in the automotive industry.
✔ Customer Satisfaction & Profitability: Ensure every customer leaves happy while keeping the department financially strong.
✔ Oversee Repairs & Workflows: Maintain dealership standards and assist with diagnostics when needed.
✔ Optimize Efficiency: Keep shop tools, equipment, and operations running smoothly.
✔ Develop Talent: Train, coach, and upskill staff to elevate their performance.
✔ Drive Productivity: Monitor staff efficiency and keep the momentum going.
✔ Be the Go-To Expert: Support customers and staff with your knowledge and leadership.
What You Bring to the Table:
3-5 years of automotive experience (preferably in Fixed Operations).
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Previous managerial experience? That's a plus!
