What You'll Do:

 

• Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals for your team and drive performance.
• Motivate, train, and develop sales representatives to maximize their potential.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process.
• Oversee new and used car inventory, ensuring we have the right vehicles to meet demand.
• Desk deals effectively to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of market trends, new products, and industry innovations.
• Collaborate across departments (marketing, finance, service) to align strategies for success.
• Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior management to refine strategies.

What We're Looking For:

 

• A natural leader with a track record of setting and exceeding sales goals.
• 1-2 years of automotive management experience (sales leadership preferred).
• Experience with Vauto and similar software is a strong asset.
• A passion for the automotive industry and a drive to stay ahead of trends.
• A valid driver's license and a commitment to delivering excellence.
