Shop Foreman

Fortier Auto, a Ford dealership established for over 110 years, is looking for a Workshop Controller for its service department.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Manage a workshop of 30 technicians;
- Supervise the distribution of workshop work;
- Provide technical support to mechanical technicians;
- Verify the progress of workshop work;
- Perform quality control;
- Ensure workshop productivity and technician efficiency.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of CDK computer system (an asset);
- Good team spirit;
- Ability to multi-task, adapt and cope with delicate and changing situations;
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic;
- Mechanical knowledge.

Work schedule:

- Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Friday from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
