Senior Fleet & Leasing Sales Specialist
Location: Hamilton, ON with localized travel mainly in the Golden Horseshoe

We are proud to partner with a trusted client to source their newest Senior Fleet & Leasing Sales Specialist. The successful employee will drive fleet and leasing sales, grow the lease fleet portfolio, develop key business relationships, and provide tailored vehicle solutions to corporate, government, and commercial clients.
Here's what you will do:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of fleet and leasing clients, including businesses, government agencies, and commercial fleets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand fleet sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers, dealers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Develop and present customized fleet solutions, including vehicle selection, pricing, financing, and leasing options.
• Stay informed about industry trends, manufacturer incentives, and competitive offerings to maximize business opportunities. • Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term client retention. • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to promote fleet and leasing services.
- Establish new lease broker business.
- Develop non-prime approval profit, supporting any marketing and advertising initiatives.
Here's what you will need to be successful:
- At least 4 years of experience in commercial/fleet sales, leasing, B2B automotive or similar sales.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or similar is an asset but not required.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of fleet management, leasing programs, and financing options.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite, CRM, industry-specific dealership software. Social media and digital sales tool experience (ex: ZoomInfo) is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required. Ability to travel to customer sites for meetings is required.
- Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Highly reliable and motivated with a strong sense of integrity and respect.
