We are looking for an Administrative assistant to join our Distribution business in Sparwood, BC.
**This is a student position for the coming summer.
In this role, you will support our team in different ways:
- Scan and file a variety of documents
- Support invoicing, work orders and payroll work.
- Other related duties to support the business needs
*This is a daytime position working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- Student enrolled in a post high school program
Experience:
- Basic office work experience
- Comfortable working with different medias and with computer work.
Compensation and Benefits
