As a Warranty/Service Advisor, you'll be a key player in our service department, ensuring seamless workflow and top-notch customer service. You'll handle warranty claims, repair orders, and administrative tasks, all while collaborating with a fantastic team and gaining valuable firsthand experience in the automotive industry. What You'll Be Doing:
Repair Order & Warranty Processing
- Manage Pre-Delivery Inspections (P.D.I.) and internal repair orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Track, submit, and follow up on warranty claims, addressing rejections and reconciling manufacturer credit memos.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
Customer Service & Coordination
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments, provide expert guidance on warranty coverage, estimates, and service needs.
- Collaborate with the Service, Sales, and Parts Departments to resolve discrepancies and keep operations running smoothly.
Administrative & Quality Control
- Maintain accurate service records and warranty documentation.
- Monitor repair order flow, flag jobs for quality inspections, and uphold safety and service standards.
- Stay up to date with industry knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Team:
✔ Automotive service experience is an asset butnot required-we're happy to train the right candidate!
✔ At least one year of customer service experience.
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills-you know how to listen and connect with people.
✔ A team-first attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
✔ A valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
