Under the supervision of the Sales Director, your role as a consultant is essential to propel retailers' performance using the P.A.C.T.E./Lean method. By supporting your customers with innovative, customized strategies, you'll optimize their efficiency and cultivate lasting business relationships.

We're looking for candidates who live in the Quebec City area.

Consulting:

- Action planning: Design and monitor annual/quarterly plans via Salesforce to boost retailers' performance.
- Innovation: Develop creative, customized strategies.
- Visits: Prepare, analyze and adjust action plans during visits to retailers.
- Reporting: Complete and transmit visit reports, and code their status.
- Follow-up: Support retailers in various matters, track discounts and access Unifie 2.0.

Sales and representation:

- Customer relations: Build and maintain strong business relationships, answer questions promptly.
- Sales opportunities: Increase penetration of products and services, inform about market activities.

Individual training:

- Training: Provide customized training for CFOs in line with P.A.C.T.E./Lean, promote available training.
- Integration: Ensure smooth integration of new finance managers and train them on Bill 188.

Unifie 2.0:

- Installation: Supervise the installation and optimize the use of the Unifie 2.0 platform.

Internal administration:

- Administrative tasks: Ensure completion of administrative tasks, maintain a professional image and prepare required reports.
- This position is a dynamic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer support, sales strategy and training. You will become a central pillar.

Skills and knowledge:

- Technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of systems used by retailers (UniFIe, Dealertrack, Equifax, etc.).
- Mastery of the sales process and of insurance and warranty products.
- Excellent understanding of the market and the CFO profession.
- Knowledge of financial institutions and regulations.
