Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Parts Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling to customers, following up with various parties and preparing orders.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and advise customers on automotive parts.
- Research and identify parts required.
- Manage inventory and place orders.
- Prepare and invoice orders.
- Answer telephone calls and e-mails.
- Follow up on parts ordered and received.
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Parts Clerk.
- Knowledge of automotive parts.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literate (knowledge of CDK system an asset).
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Autonomy and ability to take initiative.
- DEP in automotive parts.
