Job description
We have been a stable car dealership in Laval since 1986.
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to complete our team in the administration department in order to perform the following tasks.
Duties:
- Daily deposits;
- Receipts accounting;
- Schedules balancing;
- Complete accounts payable and receivable process;
- Data entry;
- Filing;
- Other related tasks.
Profile:
- Fluency in French;
- Functional English;
- Knowledge of CDK software (an asset);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook);
- 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting;
- Punctual;
- Discretion;
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
