Job description
Hyundai Drummondville is a leader in new and pre-owned vehicle sales in Quebec.
We are currently looking for a Manager for our service department. We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service and a desire to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
The position mainly involves:
- Motivate a stable team of technicians and technical advisors to maximize their performance;
- Optimize procedures for managing labor sales, productivity and efficiency;
- Build customer loyalty and resolve conflicts quickly, with diplomacy and judgment;
- Perform job-related administrative tasks.
Our candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a service department;
- Experience in the automotive field;
- Good communication skills
- Ambition to become a leader in customer satisfaction;
- Dynamic, reliable and ambitious with a winning philosophy that generates positive stress;
- Good communication skills;
- Ease of adaptation and autonomy in tasks.
