Job description
We are looking for a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position on the service team at its Laval dealership.
Job duties / responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers;
- Confirm appointments;
- Working closely with certified service Technicians;
- Follow-up on manufacturer's maintenance log and suggest maintenance to be performed;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Perform any other job-related tasks.
We offer :

- Salary ranging from $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 or more, depending on your work;
- Bonus of up to $3000.00 depending on experience;
Experience as a technical consultant and basic knowledge of Serti software are assets.
