Seat Server - GMC Stadium - Calgary Stampede 2025 - 18 Years of Age +

Reporting to the Station Supervisor, the Seat Server is responsible for picking up and delivering Food & Alcoholic Beverages to guests that have placed orders on their electrical devices from their seats. The Seat Server is responsible for courteous and quick service, while maintaining company standards & policies.

You must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

 

• Providing exceptional customer services to guests in a prompt and friendly manner
• Deliver food and alcoholic beverages to guests at their seats
• Checking I.D. of those individuals receiving alcoholic beverages
• Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies
• Our venue includes exposure to animal dander, various weather conditions, loud music, and food allergens

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following background:

 

• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Previous alcohol service experience is required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and make quick decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Able to complete physically demanding tasks, such as being able to bend, stand for long periods of time, maneuver stairs, along with lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs of product
• 18 years of age or older

Please note that all applicants will be required to:

 

• Be 18 years of age or older by June 2025
• Be legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
• Have a Social Insurance Number
• Have a bank account in their own name
• Must successfully participate in a criminal background check
• Be available to work for all 10 days of the Calgary Stampede
• Complete and comply with all required training and policies
