Duties:
- Offer warm, professional customer service, where every customer feels at ease.
- Advise new buyers on financing solutions and guarantees adapted to their needs.
- Manage credit approvals and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Maximize sales of vehicles, accessories and financial services through high-performance products.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of customer files and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize every business opportunity.
- Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements:
- Solid experience as an after-sales representative, with results to demonstrate.
- Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Advanced mastery of MS Office, with fluency in the use of office automation tools.
- Fluency in spoken and written French, and functional English to serve a diverse customer base 30% of the time.
- Specialization in financial services management or sales management an asset.
- Degree in business, management, finance or related field, an asset.

- Recognized expertise in the automotive industry or in the sale of financial solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

Salary:
- Performance-based.
- Historically over $100,000 in this dealership.
Schedule:
- Daytime.
- Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6pm).
- Saturdays (9am to 4pm).
- Flexible hours.
- Status : permanent.
