Your responsibilities, your path to success:

- Welcome customers and establish a relationship of trust as quickly as possible;
- Help customers choose a vehicle by prioritizing their needs, asking questions and listening carefully to the answers;
- Explain all important information on product performance, operation and benefits; on the terms of long-term leasing and traditional purchase according to needs;
- Know and understand the concepts of equity and residual value, and be able to explain the principle of depreciation to customers; all federal, provincial and municipal laws governing retail automobile sales;
- Negotiate the price and have the transaction approved by sales management;
- Deliver cars to customers, having thoroughly checked the cars sold and ensuring that customers understand operating specifications, warranty and paperwork;
- Keep abreast of new products and accessories;
- Solicit and seek out new customers on a regular basis.

Profile:

- Strong customer service experience with automotive objectives: know the competition, the market, the vehicles for sale;
- Customer-oriented: exceptional customer service, with attention to customer needs and a proactive approach;
- Intellectual alertness: learn quickly and have a sharp mind;
- Ambition: eager to take on challenges, focused on results and excellence, willing to share even the most audacious ideas;
- Perseverance: never give up easily and persevere in the face of difficulties;
- Rigor: highly organized, orderly, precise and accurate;
- Good management of time and priorities
- Technical skills: excellent command of French and English (written and spoken) and good computer skills.
