Job description
Do you have a genuine sense of customer service and a passion for cars? We're looking for a Parts Sales Clerk / Advisor to join our team at Acura in Laval.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, contributing to the satisfaction of our customers while ensuring the smooth running of our parts department.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and advise customers on auto parts, responding to their requests and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure parts management and inventory, including warehousing and moving heavy loads.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team of mechanics to ensure optimal coordination between parts sales and usage.
- Contribute to the organization of the workshop and the establishment of a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- At least one year's experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and sales processes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Ability to handle heavy loads and move around in a workshop environment.
