A leader in the field of automobile warranty claims for over 15 years, Formule Service Prestige is currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Claims Agent.
Formule Service Prestige (FSP) works with 30 GM dealerships in Quebec. A company with the well-being of its customers as well as its employees at heart, FSP offers flexible schedules to adapt to the lifestyle of 2025.
Key responsibilities :
- Manage the processing of warranty claims with rigor and expertise.
- Efficiently submit claims to the manufacturer.
- Communicate smoothly with various stakeholders.
Profile and skills:
- Mastery of GM Global Connect.
- Mastery of GM policies and procedures.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while being a committed team player.
- Knowledge of Serti, Flexilog, Reynolds and CDK Global.
