The Enterprise service center in Sainte-Thérèse is looking for a mechanic who wants to get involved in the maintenance, repair and even more of our fleet of vehicles, in accordance with the company's strict policies and procedures.

- Full-time position (40 hours), from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Schedule may vary according to need);

Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform duties under the direction of the Service Center Supervisor;
- Ensure that all mechanical repairs and maintenance are carried out in accordance with manufacturer and/or company specifications and guidelines;
- Provide safe and reliable vehicles after repairs;
- Perform routine and annual inspections as required by provincial regulations;
- Lift trucks, buses and heavy equipment with hydraulic jacks or load lifters;
- Lift parts or tools up to 40 lbs;
- Inspect braking systems, steering systems, transmissions, engines and other vehicle parts;
- Perform routine maintenance, such as changing oil, checking batteries and fluids, and lubricating equipment and parts;
- Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting repair orders to accurately reflect steps and parts used;
- Use websites, software and diagnostic tools from various manufacturers;
- Change tires of various sizes;
- Maintain a clean and safe work area;
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality;
- Perform a variety of related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience;
- Experience with heavy vehicles an asset;
- Interest and aptitude for diagnostics;
- Knowledge of refrigeration or A/C systems an asset;
- Proactive, resourceful, autonomous with good ability to respect regulations and deadlines;
- Possession of a trunk with tools necessary to carry out job responsibilities;
- Physically fit;
- Team spirit;
- Good judgment and initiative.

Training
- DVS in truck or car mechanics or other relevant training.
