Tractor/Trailer Technician

*** $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS ***

The Licensed Tractor/Trailer Mechanics will work in conjunction with the Service Coordinator, Tractor Mechanics, and the other Trailer Mechanics to complete preventative maintenance and repairs on the Bison fleet in a timely and efficient manner by diagnosing problems found during inspections prescribing the correct remedial action.

Specific responsibilities include:
 

• A Licensed Heavy-Duty Mechanic (310T or 310J)
• Demonstrated diagnosing and time-management abilities will be key to your success in this position
• Previous experience and qualification to perform Safeties are considered mandatory in this position
• Experience using computers to enter work orders

Qualifications: 
 

• A certified Journeyman Technician or 2-3 years' experience
• Demonstrated diagnosing and time-management abilities will be key to your success in this position
• Previous experience and qualification to perform Safety inspections are considered an asset in this position, ability to obtain CVIP is mandatory
