Vehicle Delivery Attendant / File Preparer

Chomedey Hyundai is looking for a Vehicle Delivery Attendant / File Preparer.

Located in Laval, our dealership is renowned for its quality customer service and professional, friendly atmosphere. We are looking for an organized, rigorous and service-oriented individual to join our sales department team.

The jobholder's responsibilities will include:

- Prepare vehicles for delivery to customers (cleanliness check, plate installation, visual inspection)
- Coordinate delivery appointments with sales representatives
- Explain basic vehicle functions to customers at handover
- Assemble delivery files, ensuring that all required documents are complete and compliant
- Carry out the necessary administrative follow-up with the sales and financing departments
- Work closely with the sales, accounting and delivery teams.

Profile:

- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage several files at the same time
- Experience in a similar position (an asset)
- Valid driver's licence
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset)
