Job description:
As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for the management and distribution of automotive parts, both for the workshop and for customers at the counter. Your main tasks include :
- Receiving, checking and filing parts orders
- Responding to requests from workshop technicians and ensuring prompt follow-up
- Advise customers at the parts counter and identify their needs
- Perform invoicing and manage parts returns
- Keep inventory up to date and participate in replenishment orders
- Keep parts area organized in a clean and efficient manner
Profile:
- Relevant experience in a similar position (an important asset)
- Knowledge of the automotive sector and parts management systems
- Good teamwork skills and ability to manage priorities
- Attention to detail, autonomy and sense of customer service
- Proficiency in computer tools and in-house software (Serti, CDK, or other - an asset)
- Valid driver's license
