Job description
Acura Montreal Centre, is currently seeking a candidate to fill an Appointments & Follow-up Clerk on its after-sales team.
Position summary:
- Follow-up with customers after after-sales appointments;
- Call customers to make appointments for maintenance, tire installations, etc..;
- Contact customers to make appointments for recall campaigns;
- Follow-up on courtesy vehicles;
- Have good organizational skills.
Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dealership (REQUIRED);
- Good computer skills (mandatory);
- Bilingualism (mandatory);
- Good mechanical knowledge (an asset);
- Strong sales skills (an asset);
- Organized, punctual and professional work ethic;
- Focused on exceptional customer service.
- Team spirit and positive attitude.
