Service Advisor / Service Advisor

Our ALBI Nissan Mont-Tremblant dealership is currently looking for a Service Manager / Service Advisor to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

- You will greet customers and gather the information needed to identify and define the repair and maintenance needs of our customers' vehicles. You'll be responsible for promoting maintenance services and scheduling work, while ensuring quality customer service.

Whether you're new to the field or a seasoned Advisor, we'd love to talk with you!

Job requirements:

- Experience in a similar customer service position;
- DEP (vocational diploma) in vehicle maintenance and repair (an asset);
- Experience in the automotive field (an asset);
- Valid driver's licence.

Working conditions:

- Daytime position, from Monday to Friday, full-time;
- Permanent position;
- Base salary + bonus plan.
