Job description
JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, the Service Advisor will be responsible for providing advice on vehicle maintenance and repair.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming customers;
- Advise customers on their vehicle maintenance and repair needs;
- Communicate with the shop team;
- Ensure professional follow-up with customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a similar position;
- DVS completed;
- Possession of a valid class 5 driver's licence;
- Versatility and resourcefulness;
- Team spirit;
- Basic computer skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full-time day position (40 hours per week);
- Permanent employment;
- Benefits after probation period;
- Salary according to experience.
SKILLS:
