Brief job description:
Train, develop, manage and motivate your sales team, while ensuring the productivity and efficiency of your department. Assist advisors in closing transactions and meet with each customer prior to departure. Make vehicle purchases and manage the department's inventory. Ensure that all vehicles are presented to customers on the company website, more specifically that all photos are up to date and all specifications are available.
Our requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager for new vehicles;
- Bilingualism;
- Good closer and a good leader;
- Focus on customer service, results and teamwork;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Have a valid driver's licence.
