Longueuil Kia is looking for a Service Advisor to join its After-Sales Service team.

Job description:
The Service Advisor acts as a link between customers and the mechanical workshop. Main responsibilities include :
- Welcoming customers to the service department and understanding their needs
- Opening work orders and explaining recommended repairs or maintenance.
- Act as liaison between customer and technicians
- Follow up on work and keep customers informed of progress
- Present invoices and answer questions after work has been completed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote the workshop's services.
Profile:
- Experience in a similar position in a car dealership or in the service sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills, autonomy and thoroughness
- Ability to manage several files at once
- Knowledge of the Serti or CDK system (an asset)
- Valid driver's licence
