Job description
We are looking for a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position on the service team at our Valleyfield dealership.
Job duties / responsibilities :
- Welcoming customers;
- Confirm appointments;
- Work closely with certified service Technicians;
- Follow-up on the manufacturer's maintenance logbook and suggest maintenance to be done;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Perform any other job-related tasks.
A salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 (depending on experience) is offered to the successful candidate.
Experience as a Service Advisor and basic knowledge of Serti software are assets.
