Job description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Financial & Insurance Manager to join our team in Longueuil. The incumbent will play a key role in the vehicle delivery process, guiding customers in the choice of financing products and additional protection tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities:

- Present financing and leasing options to customers, including financial protections and extended warranties.
- Process credit applications and negotiate agreements with financial institution partners.
- Ensure compliance of all financing files.
- Provide impeccable customer service, based on transparency and respect.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize the delivery process and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve established performance targets while complying with internal policies.

Requirements:

- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position (F&I or automotive credit).
- Knowledge of the automotive sector and various financial products.
- Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, administrative rigor and organizational skills.
- Mastery of IT tools related to customer file management and credit applications.
