Complexe Volkswagen 440 in Laval is seeking a dynamic individual who will take care of the service department’s customers.

The biggest Volkswagen dealership in Canada is looking for a candidate who can demonstrate skills as listed below.

You will advise clients about the maintenance of their car, while providing excellent customer service. You will also need to schedule appointments and ensure the workshop’s productivity, while maintaining the smooth running of your files, from the opening of the repair order until you close it.

You will need to demonstrate an ability to work within a demanding environment with high standards.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor;
- Knowledge of ADP software, an asset.
