Main responsibilities:
- Create labels for stored tires intended for delivery PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and courtesy vehicles;
- Open internal work orders for new and used vehicles (VCI, delivery, PDI, etc.);
- Contribute to the opening and closing of repair orders in accordance with established procedures;
- Handle service appointment requests from customers with responsiveness, courtesy, and professionalism, and forward messages to the service team as per instructions;
- Participate in scheduling the first follow-up appointment after the delivery of new and used vehicles;
- During tire season, manage the surplus of appointments in collaboration with the team to plan schedules.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Have relevant experience in sales and customer service;
- Be able to communicate in both French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Demonstrate energy, excellent customer service, and a genuine passion for sales;
- Be able to work effectively under pressure;
- Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor and a neat appearance;
- Have a strong team spirit and a keen interest in collaborative work;
- Product knowledge is an asset.
