Job description
We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
In collaboration with the team of Sales Consultants, the candidate will have to ensure that our customers are informed of their new vehicle's features and options so that they can benefit from it in all its forms.
FUNCTIONS:
- Organizing and coordinating deliveries for customers;
- Ensuring that vehicles are prepared correctly in terms of appearance, that required accessories and options are installed and that everything is working properly;
- Preparing and verifying required documents and forms for the vehicle's delivery;
- Signing documents and forms with customers;
- Explaining the vehicle's operation to its new owner and answering questions;
- Dealing effectively with any issues raised by customers;
- Keeping up to date in the automotive field to keep abreast of the latest developments in the market;
- Ensuring complete customer satisfaction throughout the entire delivery process;
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to delivering vehicles;
- Contributing to team efforts by carrying out any other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the automotive industry (an asset);
- Knowledge of the Office suite and able to learn different software;
- Integrity, courtesy and dynamism;
- Autonomy and motivated by a very high level of customer satisfaction;
- Bilingual;
- Valid driver's licence.
