Mechanic

Bumper to Bumper Auto Service - Atelier Mécanique L.L. Inc. is looking for an experienced mechanic to join their team.

Our offer:

- Full-time position, 40 hours per week;
- Summer schedule starting in May, Fridays until noon;

Duties and responsibilities:

- Maintenance;
- Mechanical repairs;
- Tire changes;
- Diesel, gasoline and electric mechanics;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
- Perform routine and periodic vehicle maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.);
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults;
- Carry out necessary repairs: engine, clutch, suspension, exhaust;
- Use electronic diagnostic tools;
- Prepare vehicles for technical inspection;
- Advise customers on vehicle maintenance;
- Comply with workshop safety rules.

Qualifications:

- DVS in auto mechanics or other relevant training;
- CPA competency card;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto mechanics;
- Holder of a valid Quebec class 5 driver's licence;
- Halocarbon certification;
- Team spirit, thoroughness, resourcefulness and punctuality;
- Own toolbox.
