Job description
We are looking for a Receptionist.
Tasks related to the reception desk and/or customer service:
- Taking incoming calls and forwarding them;
- Managing the reception’s voice mail;
- Greeting customers;
- Receiving mail;
- Proceeding with mailings;
- Filling documents and distributing them to the right employees;
- Placing coffee orders as required;
- Assisting the department Managers in certain administrative tasks;
- Doing data entry and word processing for documents such as notes, labels, letters and forms (on request);
- Replacing during holidays (on request in the evening);
- Carrying out other related duties as requested by the supervisor.

- Skilled communicator and active listening skills;

Prerequisites:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar job;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (asset).

Training
Hold a DVS in Secretarial Studies or have enough experience.
