Here are your tasks:

- Greet customers with a smile and create a climate of trust right from the start.
- Identify each customer's specific needs and guide them to the perfect vehicle.
- Explain the specifics of different models and services.
- Offer unforgettable test drives.
- Collaborate with our financial managers to finalize transactions.
- Ensure rigorous post-sale follow-up to build customer loyalty.
- Keep abreast of new arrivals, models and available warranties.

What we expect from you:

- 3 years' experience in automotive sales (used vehicle experience is a major asset).
- Outstanding customer service that stands out for its attentiveness and professionalism.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Valid driver's license.
- Available to work every other weekend and 2-3 evenings a week.
