Delivery Attentant

Toyota St-Eustache is looking for a new Delivery Attendant to handle vehicle deliveries for our customers.

You'll be working in a performance-oriented, yet fun and friendly environment, as you'll see from our low employee turnover rate.

As a Delivery Attendant, your job will be to manage your own schedule and that of customers to coordinate deliveries, as well as to ensure that vehicles and files are ready on time.

Here's a complete list of your duties:

BEFORE THE DELIVERY DATE:

- Receive customer files, assess the time required for preparation and prepare the work order for the service department to prepare the vehicle;
- Contact external suppliers for certain products such as stone guards and TAG tracking systems;
- Contact the customer to determine the vehicle delivery date;
- Follow up on the preparation of files and vehicles to ensure that everything is ready on time.

DURING DELIVERY:

- Greet the customer at the agreed time;
- Respect the time requested by the customer for the duration of the delivery;
- Have paperwork signed;
- Plates/registers vehicles with the S.A.A.Q.;
- Collect contractual amounts;
- Present vehicles in such a way that customers feel comfortable leaving with them;
- Connect your phone to the vehicle's Remote Connect system;
- Talk about the survey.

A minimum of 1 year of experience is required.

This is a day and evening position (from Monday to Thursday, 9am to 8pm and Friday, 9am to 5pm and we are closed on weekends).

SALARY:

- Expect a salary of between $50,000 and $55,000 per year, based on the number of deliveries made in the year, including a weekly base salary.
- You can earn extra money in the form of a bonus based on achieving certain targets.
