Job description
One of our dealerships is currently looking for a Service Manager with good experience in the field to fill a position on their team.
Main tasks:
- Set and monitor departmental objectives;
- Ensure outstanding customer service;
- Know and apply manufacturer's warranties and policies;
- Maintain a high quality repair service and reduce returns to the workshop;
- Handle customer complaints promptly;
- Determine work methods based on results to be achieved and available human and material resources.
Job requirements:
- Experience in a similar position;
- Personnel management skills;
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset;
- Good leadership skills;
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and professionalism;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Focus on customer service and results.
- Knowledge of the Serti system
