- Lead and motivate the new vehicle sales team;

- Ensure exceptional customer service;
- Analyze performance and adjust objectives accordingly.

Profile:

- Significant experience in automotive sales and team management;
- Leadership, dynamism and ability to achieve objectives;
- Proficiency in CRM and office software;
- Bilingualism (French/English) - an asset.
