We are currently looking for a Parts Clerk to fill a position within its dynamic team.
Position Summary:
The incumbent responds to our customers' requests for automotive parts and accessories, both on the phone and at the counter, in addition to supplying workshop Technicians. The Clerk seizes, sends and receives parts orders and must place them in stock. In addition, during a busy period, the jobholder must respond to calls for the after-sales service.
Required profile:
- Relevant experience as Parts Clerk (within a dealership, a major asset);
- Knowledge and experience of the Serti system (an asset);
- Versatile, autonomous, responsible and efficient.
