Job description
The main responsibilities of the incumbent will be to:
- Manage the after-sales service department effectively and profitably by ensuring efficient human resources management, as well as customer retention, cost control, target achievement and maintenance of all after-sales service records or databases.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in after-sales service department management, automotive sector;
- Any relevant experience will be considered.
