Your Role:
Support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily showroom operations
Actively sell new Alfa Romeo models and high-end used vehicles
Motivate, coach, and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals
Assist with hiring, training, and developing sales staff
Maintain showroom standards and ensure a luxury customer experience
Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations professionally
Contribute to inventory planning and marketing strategies
Analyze sales metrics and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of automotive sales experience (management experience is a strong asset)
Bilingual in English and French (required)
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and close sales
Strong understanding of high-end vehicles and luxury client expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Driven, professional, and customer-first mindset
