Brossard Hyundai is a dynamic and growing dealership, renowned for its exceptional customer service and team spirit. In order to optimize our customers' experience at every step of the way, we are looking for a Service Advisor to act as a bridge between our customers and the various departments of the dealership.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Greet customers;
- Open and close work orders;
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies and body shop service providers;
- Prepare courtesy contracts;
- Follow-up on current files;
- Perform any other task related to the position.
Profile:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Serti software an asset.
We offer:
- Permanent full-time day position (Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.);
- Group insurance plan including dental insurance.
